Natalie Lai

We have private lesson with Natalie for 3 days. She is very professional, patience, looked after us and able to identify each of our area for Improvement! We hope to come back to Rusutsu and have Natalie as our instructor next year!

It was the first time for my 8 years old son, Kayden, to learn skiing. Netalie is a very good and experienced coach. She is very patience and caring. My son enjoyed it a lot. Thank you.

Our children were in a group private lesson with Natalie. She ensured that the kids were able to keep up with each other, while challenging the experienced skiers and encouraging the less experienced. Most importantly the kids had fun with Natalie. This is our second season with Natalie and we would certainly request her again when we return to Rusutsu.

We had Natalie in a private lesson for 7 days. Natalie really looked after us and was able to teach us new ski moves as well as help us to improve on the old ones. The lessons were fun and varied. We pretty much skied all over both mountains. Thanks Natalie!

We had Natalie for private lessons for 7 days and she was fantastic. There were 3 of us aged 9-11 and she was able to cater to all of us really well. This was the second year we've had Natalie so we feel very lucky! She was funny, caring and a really good skier and teacher. We hope to come back to Rusutsu soon and we will definitely ask to have Natalie again as our instructor!

Have skied with Natalie for one lesson last year. Very patient and professional! Also brought me down to the black run for the first time of my ski life!! Amazing!!

I first met Natalie at the 321 Play H.K.. As a complete novice in skiing, I took few one-hour sessions with her on the simulator "Maxx-track" Natalie was very patience, caring and enthusiastic in her coaching wich benefited me greatly as a beginner. I would recommend her anyone which are interested in learning how to ski or to ski well at intermediate level without hesitation. And now she is more like a friend than my ex-instructor.

Natalie is my first ski instructor and I am totally in love with skiing under her guidance! I will definitely recommend to all my friends of this cheerful, patient and energetic skier!
