Natalie Lai

This is our 3rd Seasons that my friend, kim, and I have Natelie as our ski instructor. She is professional, responsibility, take extra care of us, patience, cheerful and able to identify each of our area for improvement. With her guidance we have improved each Seasons n could ski the intermediate courses with comfort. We will surely recommend her to any of our friends. We hope she will continue to be our ski instructor for the next Seasons. A big thanks to Natalie who has make our skiing every season very enjoyable.

Nat is a nice n sweet instructor who led us to start n enjoy skiing in 2014. Her kind n professional coaching was much appreciated. We would like to meet her again in Rusutsu n improve our skills from her very soon.

I was very impressed by Natalie's professionalism and patience. I am taking the ski lesson with my husband and she can identify everyone’s individual areas for improvement and offered very helpful and straight-to-the-point advice. We are all beginners and Natalie helped us to overcome our fear of speed as well. The lessons were incredibly valuable and I definitely recommend her to my friends.

Natalie is a pleasant, helpful and responsible lady. She is my ski instructor since 2013 and she also guided me skiing around Rusutsu last 2 winters. As an instructor, Natalie could deliver clear advice/suggestion to me for improving skill. I really enjoy the moment with this wonderful girl coz she is not only my teacher but also a good funny accompany.
